Does this sound like your day?
If any of this rings true, you're a good fit for what we do.
"My team is drowning in busywork."
Half the day is spent on repetitive tasks β copy-pasting data, sorting emails, answering the same questions for the hundredth time.
"Everyone's talking about AI, but I don't know where to start."
The hype is exhausting and the jargon is worse. You want a straight answer: would AI actually help my business, or is it just noise?
"I'm sitting on a mountain of data I can't use."
Spreadsheets, customer records, sales figures β all locked away, nobody has time to dig through them and find the patterns.
"Customers keep asking the same questions."
Your team answers the same handful of questions over and over again. It's friendly but it's a massive time sink.
Practical AI that earns its keep
Six things you'll notice when AI is doing the heavy lifting in the background.
Hours back in your team's week
We find the repetitive tasks eating up your team's time and let AI handle them. Your people get to do the interesting work β the stuff they were actually hired for.
Customer questions answered instantly
A friendly chatbot trained on your own business β your products, your policies, your tone of voice β so customers get answers 24/7 and your team gets their inbox back.
Insights from your own data
We turn your spreadsheets and systems into dashboards that tell you what's actually happening β what's selling, what's not, and where the opportunities are.
Paperwork that sorts itself
Invoices, forms, receipts, applications β AI reads them, extracts the important bits, and files them in the right place. No more manual data entry.
A plan, not a pitch
If you're not sure where AI fits, we'll tell you honestly. Sometimes the answer is "you don't need it yet" β and we'll say so. No hype, no FOMO selling.
Your data stays yours
We set up AI tools that run on your own systems when it matters. Customer data, internal documents, and trade secrets don't leak into anyone else's model.
What does this look like in your industry?
A few everyday examples of AI doing the boring stuff so humans can do the interesting stuff.
Clinics & healthcare
Less paperwork, more patients. AI helps handle appointment scheduling, patient intake forms, and routine admin, so staff can focus on the people in front of them.
- Automated appointment reminders and rescheduling
- Summarising patient notes into reports
- Sorting incoming enquiries by urgency
Finance & accounting
Spot problems before they cost you money. AI reviews transactions for anything unusual, pulls insights from your books, and automates the repetitive compliance checks.
- Flagging suspicious transactions automatically
- Extracting data from receipts and invoices
- Forecasting cashflow from historical data
Shops & online stores
Happier customers, better margins. Personalised product suggestions, smarter stock decisions, and instant customer support β all quietly running in the background.
- "Customers also likedβ¦" recommendations
- Smart chatbots for pre-sales questions
- Predicting what to reorder and when
Trades & manufacturing
Fewer breakdowns, less waste. AI watches your equipment for warning signs, spots defects on the line, and helps plan production before problems arise.
- Predicting when equipment will need servicing
- Catching defects automatically
- Optimising stock and supply orders
Small wins first, then bigger ones
We don't do six-month mystery projects. We find one thing that'll save you time, prove it works, then build from there.
We chat
A free call to learn where your team is spending time and what you'd love to automate. No technical questions β just plain English.
We spot the wins
We look at your day-to-day and pick the two or three places where AI will genuinely save you time. No overselling, no science projects.
We build a small thing first
We start with one small, useful win that you can actually see working. No six-month mystery projects.
We grow it with you
Once you trust it, we expand. More automations, more time saved β always with a human checking the AI's homework.
Three AI projects, told in plain English
Actual work we've delivered β the problem, the fix, the result.
A platform team got a 24/7 AI firefighter
The problem
When something went wrong with a team's cloud infrastructure, an on-call engineer had to drop what they were doing, dig through logs, and figure out what happened β often at 2am.
What we did
We built them an AI assistant that jumps in the moment an alert fires, reads the logs, figures out the likely cause, and either recommends a fix or safely applies one. The humans still make the big calls β the AI just handles the boring bits.
A developer team got private AI tools
The problem
A company wanted its developers to use AI coding assistants to move faster, but couldn't let internal code or customer data leave its own systems.
What we did
We built them a setup that runs AI tools inside their own cloud account, completely private. Developers get the productivity boost without any data ever leaving the building.
Sports analytics without the guesswork
The problem
A sports team wanted to spot patterns in their match data β player performance, tactics, opponent weaknesses β but their coach was buried in spreadsheets and video clips.
What we did
We built a setup that watches match footage, pulls out the stats, and turns it into a simple dashboard the coach can actually use. Decisions now come from data, not guesswork.
