The problem
Moneyglass GAC, a community sports club, was managing pitch bookings on a messy spreadsheet. Members double-booked slots, nobody knew what was paid, and admins were drowning in phone calls.
What we did
We built them a simple booking website where members can see what's free, book a slot, and pay online. Admins got a dashboard that shows everything at a glance. The spreadsheet is now in the bin — and admin time dropped dramatically.
