We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it always is. Content may change without notice.

Pricing, timescales and engagements
Any prices, price ranges, timescales or turnaround figures shown on this site are indicative only. They exist to give you a sense of scale before you speak to us. They are not a quotation, and they do not bind either of us.
If we end up working together, that work will be governed by a separate written agreement between us — a proposal, statement of work or contract setting out the scope, price, timescales and terms that actually apply. Where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement takes precedence.
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully and sensibly. In particular, do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Interfere with how the site works, or try to overload, disrupt or damage it
- Use the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content
- Scrape, copy or republish the site’s content for commercial purposes without our permission
The contact form is rate limited, so repeated submissions from the same address will be refused. We may block access to anyone misusing the site.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, design, layout, graphics and code — belongs to InfraX or is used with permission. You are welcome to view it, and to print or download extracts for your own reference or to share internally while considering working with us.
You may not republish it, sell it, or present it as your own work. Any third-party names, logos or trade marks appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
Links to other sites
This site links out to third-party websites and embeds a third-party booking widget. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement — check their own terms before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything on it — including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data.

Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
